awful overpriced, everything in your apartment is broken, the carpet is used but will tell you its new, they change your parking spot every month, you will not have water for at least 3 days a week a month, and our patio is unsafe to go on because its rotted. So yes we are paying 1525 to live somewhere awful when you can rent a luxuary apartment from irvine company in safe area for about 60 dollars more and not have to worry if you will get beat up when you go to the laundry room at night!!! dont move here!!! Love it here! We just read the only review on this place, and that's a funny story! We can't believe that's how it was 2 years ago!! We have lived here about a year and love it! It's freeway and beach convenient. There's a Trader Joe's, 24 hour fitness, and In'n Out all within biking distance!! There is full-time maintenance guy on site, so any problems are usually taken care of same day. I have never lived in an apt where they did that! It's quiet and peaceful, but not completely dead - a good mixture of younger people on their patios on the weekends and a few kids and families. Although it's an older complex, it is so well-maintained that it doesn't feel that way. An added bonus of the older structures is that the walls are thick, not like the newer complexes, so we never hear our neighbors! Even without air conditioning, the ceiling fans in both rooms keep our place nice and cool. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home...
